Our pizzas are cooked until the cheese begins to brown. Many corporate pizzas remain white during cooking because they use fake cheese and frozen dough on a pizza that is cooked on a conveyor belt. We do aim to please so everyone is encouraged to order their pizza to suit their tastes. If you like a white cheese and a light crust - just ask for your pizza "lightly done", if you like slightly browned cheese and a medium brown crust - say nothing cause that's how we do it, or if you like mostly brown cheese and a darker crust - order it "well done" because that too is delicious. The same pizza that is burnt to one person may be undercooked to another so we cannot take complaints on pizzas darkness if we know it meets our standards & no special request was made.
